With a degree in Transpersonal Psychology from Naropa University and over two decades of immersive study in intimacy, embodiment, and energy work, Sarah is deeply passionate about teaching people how to love in profound and transformative ways.
Her journey includes extensive training with renowned teachers such as David Deida, Sofia Diaz, and John Wineland, and certifications in clairvoyance, energetic healing, and Kundalini yoga. She has guided countless individuals and couples toward a more embodied experience of intimacy, sexual polarity, and divine connection.
For Sarah sexual polarity is not just a concept—it is the path that has brought her into a deeply lived experience of the divine.
